Working out a Workflow

I’ve been working on a workflow to make things easier when it comes to backing up and processing pictures.  This is my first attempt.

There are 2 main parts.  The CameraArchiver is an OSX Automator tasks, that allows me to drop a directory of RAW files in the camera into another directory and zip up the contents. These can then be archived.

The other part is to use the importer in Lightroom to copy the files in as DNG.  These are the ones that will then be altered.  Any photo that needs extra work can be exported to Photoshop Elements as a TIFF.
I will then back up anything in the Lightroom directories.  This is a picture of my workflow.
