Today was the first (and hopefully not last) Eastleigh Chilli Festival. It wasn’t very big, but was well attended and there was obviously plenty of opportunities to sample chilli sauces of many types. They even had a chilli eating contest which didn’t get off to a very good start as they didn’t have enough Chillis to go round. You would expect that would be the most important part of the contest!
